Bianca O. Simmons is characterized as a voice crying in the wilderness. God has anointed her to assist others transition out of their wilderness experiences into the promises of God's Word.  She is a wife, elder, teacher, intercessor, worshipper, author, and prophetic voice for this end-time. As a Wife, she has been married over twenty years to a wonderful supportive husband.

She was recently ordained as a Prophetess.  She is also an ordained Elder and has served in a variety of capacities advancing the kingdom of God. She ministers to the youth from her ministry gift as a Teacher.  She is an avid Intercessor interceding on the behalf of others for God's manifold blessings to be resident in their lives. 

She began her relationship with Jesus in 1985.  Her life is a living testament of Isaiah 55:11, "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."  In 1987, trials and life's tribulations sent her on a fervent pursuit of God.  In her search, God drew her into deeper levels of prayer and intercession, praise and worship, deliverance, and the prophetic.  

She also has a passion to see young people reach their full potential in Jesus Christ.  As a young woman, spiritual mothers labored over her in love and decreed the will of God over her life.  Today, she is fulfilling God's purpose and plan for her life.  Just as she was mentored and discipled, she passionately teaches and ministers to the young people God has placed around her.

She has surrendered everything in her life to God, even her salon, Vintage Salon & Spa. It has been said, "when you go to Bianca's shop, you get what you need physically and spiritually".  For over twenty-three years, she has used her place of business to evangelize, pray for the needs of her clients, provide counsel, and ministered deliverance. Many have been saved, healed, and set free.

She has spent "many years in training" and is "still learning that a good warrior or soldier never stops learning".  She is a graduate of Kingdom University.  Her coverings are twofold, as a Prophetess, she is under the covering of Apostle Ivory Hopkins of Pilgrims Ministry of Deliverance, Georgetown, DE.  For  pastoral covering, her church is Mount Pisgah Ministries of Evanston, IL.

Bianca has an Apostolic mandate upon her life.  She has a commission from the Father to those that are lost.  Her assignment is to loose the shackles to those that are bound, to give insight to those that are spiritually blind through the power of God Breathed Revelation.  She has a strong passion to minister to those whose marriage is under attack.  She has a grace upon her life to release new hope through the prophetic and written Word of God.  She believes strongly that a wise woman will build her house.  She has a building anointing upon her life; to rebuild what the enemy has torn down, through the power of prayer and intercession.  Her commission is to call those things that be not into existence and into proper alignment. 

She releases the heart of the Father to the body of Christ.  She is a foundational Teacher, building according to the pattern of the scriptures.  She believes that the foundation of the Church is built upon the Apostle and the Prophets and the teaching of Jesus Christ who is the Chief Corner stone. She proclaims to the body of Christ, a message that will provoke the body to take their rightful place in the Kingdom of God as prophetic watchmen: having an ear to hear and supernatural insight, so that we may discern the time and season that we are in.   

She has a strong gathering anointing upon her life, to gather those that have been scattered.  She believes strongly in divine government, in the house of God, and believes that the Father is using teams to build and equip the saints for the work of ministry. Her heart's cry is that the Father is creating one man in the earth realm.  One that will truly exemplify Jesus Christ through the power of unity and will articulate the same message of the kingdom under the direction of the Holy Spirit.  She often says,  "the creature is waiting for the sons of God to manifest the genuine nature of the heavenly Father through a life lived, rather than a testimony given".
